- Application, it is a cutter for water activated kraft paper tape. Water activated kraft paper tape usually consists of a paper base and glue, which is not sticky without being activated with water. To accomplish this step, these machines are usually equipped with a water bottle and a wetting brush to wet each section of tape. It only needs to put the tape on and add water to the sponge inside. When the tape is pulled out, it will be evenly wetted with water, which will activate the adhesiveness of the tape.
